How much profit do you make from a site that gets 100 non-spam comments/day? I don't like the idea of you getting access to all my traffic, but if you paid out a % of your advertising I could be interested in some kind of deal. I like the threads and if this thing will actually help me moderate things quicker, but that functionality is not worth giving away traffic, control of content and design.

BUT, when i click on "claim", i am logged in but nothing else happens, i.e., my comment is not claimed. another feedback about usability:
- i'd like to have an option, when in a blog that is displaying a comment made by me, to "delete" it. After verifying that i am the one that made the comment, i should be able not only to "edit", but also to delete it.

I'm really confused. When you say: "you’ll be able to track your comments and replies, follow friends, and maintain a reputation and identity across sites"; where does this take place? Is there a site where all these comments are aggregated? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but how does it work?

Nice work on the disqus application guys. I'd love to hear more about the backend stuff that makes Disqus tick (DBs, frameworks, technical stuff...) :-)
