InYourShirt.tv Integrates DISQUS

InYourShirt.tv is an online television network that produces unique, original and creative shows hosted by talented, vibrant individuals. Last week they launched a new station called band.inyourshirt.tv which helps artists be heard and discovered. They are contending with the goliath known as Myspace in the music realm and this is why they think they are better.

Their site utilizes DISQUS’s Generic Code which is used for most custom sites and may be applied to almost any site on the web. It’s very easy to install if you want comments on a static page or a content management system that is not supported by us. If you want to learn more about our Generic Code you’ll find it here.

Be sure to check out InYourShirt.tv!

  • Development of digital technologies occurs prompt rates. Does not lag behind progress and digital TV. Speaking about digital TV, we first of all mean satellite TV. The digital satellite TV becomes more and more accessible to simple users. The market paid satellite tv also is not necessary on a place. The new digital standard of TV of high clearness HDTV actively develops and takes root. The satellite TV becomes more and more directed on the spectator. Besides digital quality of the image, advantage of satellite systems also is also the extensive cover zone of the companion.

    Hi,

This has nothing to do with inyourshirt.tv, but about the generic code. I used the generic code to add Disqus to my custom site and it worked great for two days, but, today when someone makes a comment it redirects them to my site's Disqus page instead of keeping them on my site which is what it did when I first installed it. I haven't changed anything, in fact the generic code is only a couple lines so there isn't much to change. Have you guys changed anything?

  • Thanks sukhjit! We certainly want to continue down this road and welcome others to come aboard with creative new ideas that don't necessarily pound on the "in your shirt" concept (although they can), but bring variety to the field of offerings. We want the network to appeal to a broad range of interests not just inclusive of the standard present geekdom offerings (but of course there are possibilities there as well).

Please feel free to share additional thoughts!
  • "In your shirt" - what a great concept. I look forward to seeing a new platform to help artists and musicians. Nice that disqus can help their site be more powerful.
